Machine Working Process:

1. Model A8 ,it is one sheet crease and die cut plastic boxes machine .the raw material will be one sheet ,manual putting sheet upon the machine board.High Frequency system working for PVC sheet. PVC sheet thickness from 0.18-0.6 mm ,table size is 700*500 mm

2. manual puch the table upon the working head ,i mean the head which has the die cut mold .it already install the die cut mold.

3. the sliding table goes right ,and there is a sonsor ,once arrived ,it will goes down , the die cutting mold working on the PVC sheet.

4. High Frequency system need working on the PVC sheet ,it need 2-3 seconds.once finished ,the working head will goes on.the left table goes left ,and right table goes on working.two tables continues working.
